I am a British transplant to the U.S. now residing in Richmond, Virginia, with my husband and two overly energetic and very judgemental Australian Shepherd pups.

I bring to the table life and business coaching certifications and over 25 years of experience in the creative commercials production industry, across both the U.S. and Europe.

Throughout my career, I have honed my expertise in business strategy, leadership, team building, and fostering innovative solutions in high-pressure creative environments.

Now I have chosen to focus on the most fulfilling aspects of my professional journey: uplifting people in the workplace, supporting and inspiring creative individuals and teams to achieve their goals, and creating environments that prioritise creativity, fulfilment, and well-being.

In my personal time I am a passionate gardener, lover of nature and true to British stereotype, I appreciate nothing more than a good cuppa - mine’s a milk and one sugar, thanks for asking.

My CAREER

My career in commercials production began at just 17, and it’s been a rewarding journey filled with much creativity, travel, adventure, and, like any worthwhile pursuit, its fair share of challenges along the way.

Achievements include 18 years as an Executive Producer at award winning advertising agencies, animation & design, production and post-production studios that more recently include Arts & Letters Creative Co., Tendril, The Mill and Nexus Studios.

Career highlights include overseeing all in-house marketing film content production at Nike’s EMEA HQ, curating, launching, and leading the highly successful design and animation-focused production company Strange Beast in hugely competitive European and U.S. markets, and going on to serve as Managing Director of its Oscar-winning sister company Passion Pictures, overseeing production teams and studio operations in London and New York.

Notable clients worked with along the way include Google, adidas, Coca-cola, Cartier, Burberry, BBC, Meta, Microsoft, Unilever, Gorillaz & Blondie.
